Kerala Coastal Zone Management Authority and Local Administration Department have given green signal to Lulu Convention Centre at Bolgatty, Kochi. The convention centre project is from the UAE based tycoon empire M A Yusuffalli to build the multi thousand-core international conventional centre and hotel project. Yusuffalli is the Managing Director of the Emke Group and also promoted Lulu Hypermarket which has been launched the Lulu Mall, India’s largest mall in Kochi.

The construction work of the Lulu  Convention Centre in Bolgatty which is built in big scale to be the best across the world will started within the next three months by the top builders in Kerala.
